To Beat the Bad Day Blues

Last Saturday most of the girls in our apartment had a bad day for one reason or another, but we decided instead of moping and crying over a chick flick (our typical recovery method), we'd try the opposite--a slumber party.

One of my roommates had never had a sleepover before. So we pulled out all the stops. Music? Check. Forts? Check. Nail polish? Check.

We dragged all of our mattresses into the kitchen and created a bouncy floor:



covered the lights with colored sheets:


and had a 90s music dance party.



It was the ultimate way to recover.
